2. We'll get straight to work for you
As soon as your order is placed with us, our warehouse immediately gets to work. Thanks to our large in-house stock, we can process and ship many products directly from our own warehouse.
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. This way, we ensure that your patio heater is on its way as quickly as possible.
After shipment, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace link with which you can easily track your package.
3. Fast home delivery
We deliver quickly within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany via reliable carriers such as PostNL & DHL.
Delivery times:
- The Netherlands & Belgium: ordered before 22:00 = delivered tomorrow
- Germany: ordered before 23:59 = shipped next business day (average 1–2 business days delivery time) with DHL
- Sunred products: delivery within an average of 4 business days
Your order will be carefully packaged so that your patio heater arrives safely. In some cases, an order may consist of multiple packages.
